Non-Military ProjectsNational Trust Staff InductionArgo Media personnel developed, shot and produced all the video content for this project, which involved shooting over 12 hours of material all over the country, then editing it down to an hour of content, which is broken up into DVD-type sections for inclusion on the course e-learning content framework. It involved filming Trust staff working with the general public and conducting a series of structured interviews with the staff, the public and tenant farmers as well as filming "cutaway" sequences to go with them. Interviewing staff about their job roles, techniques for team working and dealing with the public required to interviewer to have the ability to understand the working relationships, the job roles and the ways of working that the Trust is seeking to inculcate as well as the specific context in which each interviewee worked. Our role was not just the filming; we developed to orverarching concept for the Trust, carried out the learning needs assessment and worked on the e-learning concept too.
